SUGGESTED USAGE
"Start with only 2 caplets of this formula both morning and evening during or just after
both breakfast and dinner. This
formula works best when taken with food. The next morning, you should notice an
increase in your bowel action and in the amount of fecal matter that you
eliminate. The consistency should also be softer. If you do not notice any
difference in your bowel behaviour by the next day, or if the difference is not
dramatic, then the next morning increase your dosage to 3 caplets twice a day.
You can continue to increase your dosage every day by one capsule until you
notice a dramatic difference in the way your bowel works. There is no limit.
Most people need 2-3 capsules but a few have needed over 30 caplets. It has
taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel, so let's be patient for a few
days and increase by only 1 caplet each morning and evening.
This formula can be taken a month or the rest of your life.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Use 3 hours before or after any medication. 1 teaspoon (or more as desired) with
8 ounces of water both morning and evening. Do not use with time-released
medications.

and 20% seeds to provide a balanced mix of soluble and insoluble fibers.

that the addition of soluble fiber from certain foods to a diet that is low in
saturated fat and cholesterol may also help to reduce the risk of CHD. Diets low
in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 7 grams of soluble fiber per day
from psyllium husk may reduce the risk of heart disease. One serving of
Intestinal Tone provides 5 grams of this soluble fiber. Intestinal Tone:

SUGGESTED USAGE

Mix one rounded teaspoon in 8
-16 ounces of water or your favorite liquid in the morning and evening.
Stir briskly and drink immediately. If left standing it will congeal and
thicken. If this happens, just dilute for easier drinking. Can be
taken prior to meals. Many customers use Intestinal tone daily as a
convenient source of fiber.
